1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ggslots ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ggslots website at ggslots.app, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the ggslots service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

• Immediate suspension of all associated accounts;

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ggslots reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the account lifecycle.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The ggslots Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ggslots complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ggslots makes no representation that the Platform is available or legally permitted in locations outside the Philippines.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggslots login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

3.1 Notification of Unauthorised Access

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ggslots support immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15. ggslots cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication

While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, enabling or disabling this feature remains the player's personal responsibility. ggslots will not be held liable for account compromises where the player has elected not to use available security features.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ggslots accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ggslots does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in names other than the account holder's verified name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ggslots wallet in real time, subject to the payment provider's own processing times. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. ggslots is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking infrastructure outside our control.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid Philippine government-issued identification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days for standard accounts and within the same business day for Black Diamond VIP members;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified account holder;
• Any active bonus funds must comply with their respective wagering requirements before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ggslots operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or patterns of unusual activity. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ggslots offers a variety of bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP-tier benefits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Philippine residents aged 21 and above;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per offer;
• Bonuses have expiry periods — typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of credit — after which uncompleted wagering requirements will cause the bonus and associated winnings to be forfeited;
• ggslots reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and may trigger account suspension.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All casino games, live dealer sessions, sports betting markets, Bingo rooms, and Snooker betting events available on ggslots are subject to individual game rules published within the Platform. By participating, you accept those rules as an integral part of these Terms.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on ggslots use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by recognised independent testing bodies. 6.2 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggslots Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting to manipulate game or event outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity;
• Accessing another player's account without their express authorisation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform's systems, servers, or security protocols;
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith after losing wagers.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggslots Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the property of ggslots or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ggslots.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ggslots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

ggslots's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ggslots account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggslots does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect Platform availability. ggslots will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ggslots collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting the personal data of our Filipino players in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers essential to the operation of ggslots, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

12 Termination & Account Closure

ggslots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory direction from a competent Philippine authority;
• Discontinuation of the Platform or specific services.

You may voluntarily close your ggslots account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been satisfied and no investigation is pending.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ggslots reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
